If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Conditions of product returns will honor returns only in these conditions:

1. Damages During Transit: We always strive to pack products for safe transit. However in exceptional cases there could be a chance that you receive product in damaged condition. In case at the time of delivery please ensure that packaging has not been tampered and box is not damaged. If you find any of these conditions to be true, either please dont acept the parcel or take photograph f\of box and also remark on POD copy "That Parcel is received in damaged condition"

2. Wrong color of Product: Please provide photographs, if you received product of a color not ordered by you.

3. Manufacturing defects: Please provide photographs, which show the defects in the product.

Please note: All specifications, dimensions and colors are mentioned under every product. Thus we will not approve refund due to dimensions, specifications and coloring issues. There may be a slight variation of color shade as every screen resolution is different and effect of light during product shoot by our professional photographers. . Thus difference in shade will not be considered for refund. 



You have 7  working days to return an item from the date you received it. Beyond 7 days we won't be able to process your refund request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item must be in the original packaging.


You Need to bear cost of return. Return should be through track able service. And after dispatch of product from your end, product must be delivered to us in 7 working days.


Your item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase. And also Refund Approval NOTE issued by (Please do not return ship any product without approval note)



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment issuer's policies.




You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.


In case if return shipping cost is not paid by buyer, you will receive a refund with deducted shipping value from your refund.
